Osteochondrosis of the cervical spine is a chronic disease. This definition indicates that, when ill, a person will be forced to always remember that he must abide by certain rules of life, so as not to provoke anger.
The human spine consists of three parts - the cervix, thorax and lumbar. But the cervical region is the most vulnerable area, because the least protected, at the same time it is constantly moving, is under great load. And the reality of modern life has contributed to the way of life, which is far from beneficial for the health of the spine. However, to be completely honest, we have to admit that every year humans move less and less. For most of us, work involves eight hours sitting. So, I, am preparing this article, am sitting at the computer, and you who are reading it are also sitting. So from day to day, we sit in the office, move by transport, at home all the work is done for us with household appliances, and we rest. From what? “Movement is life” is a well-known expression. At the same time, we can say with certain accuracy: movement is a healthy spine. Cervical osteochondrosis is getting younger.
